Accelerator pedal lifter for Mazda ND Miata and RF.
Although the ND roadster is a perfect sports car, recent safety regulations require a large gap between the accelerator and the brake to provide misapplication. This is not a problem in terms of product safety for everyone, but when heel-and-toe is performed when entering a corner in sports driving, the accelerator pedal may be far away and miss. Therefor, SUBLIME Design Japan has developed a product that can be installed easily and reliably, and can optimize the step between the A/B pedals.
Just by installing this product over the genuine pedal, the pedal will move 11mm closer to the driver from the genuine position.
●It supports smooth corner entry and exit by preventing the accelerator from missing when heel and toe.
●When the foot position is adjusted to the brake, it alleviates the symptom that the knee stretches completely when the accelerator is fully opened, reducing stress.
By using PA12GB of the MJF method for the material, high strength and heat durability are secured.
<Wearing method>
1.Remove the genuine accelerator pedal assembly from the vehicle.
2.Temporarily attach the lifter and mark 3 fixing points.
3.Remove the lifter once and drill a 2mm hole at the marking position.
4.Attach the lifter to the genuine accelerator pedal again and fix it with a tapping screw.
5.Complete by attaching the accelerator pedal assembly with the lifter to the vehicle body in the reverse process of removing it.
*Please prepare M4x10mm tapping screw by yourself.
